What information do we collect?

We collect information from you when you register on our site, subscribe to our newsletter, respond to a survey or fill out a form.

You may, however, visit our site anonymously. We also employ LeadLander technology which tells us your company name, based on IP address and which pages you view. The information gathered through LeadLander is kept for current year to end + one full year.

We may also collect information about your computer hardware and software. This information can include: your IP address, browser type, domain names, access times and referring website addresses. This information is used by Demand Management, Inc. to maintain quality of the service, and to provide general statistics regarding use of the Demand Management website.

In the event that you contact us for customer support through the website, we may also request that you provide additional User Information relevant to the support requested by you. This information helps us direct your request and respond more quickly to your needs. Users are under no obligation to provide such information. In addition, we may retain communications relating to customer support, and/or information drawn from such communications, for statistical and/or reference purposes in perpetuity.

We may further collect and process any information and data that you volunteer to us, e.g. when you register for events, subscribe to newsletters, participate in online surveys, discussions groups or forums. This information is kept for 18 months unless you unsubscribe from receiving our communications. In that case the email address, unsubscribe request, and date of the request are kept in perpetuity.
